The American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity has been criticized and satirized, but its leader has lasted nearly 18 years. It may have been a bumpy ride at times, but Steve Miller has survived sustained criticism and frequent tussles with environmental groups to put together an 18-year run as CEO of the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity and its predecessor organizations.
